REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

My priority at Cheat Sheet Design is to provide exceptional service to each and every client. I understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Therefore, I have implemented a Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.


CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION

If you need to cancel an appointment, I kindly request that you notify me within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time. It is essential that I receive timely notification to allow us to adjust my schedule and offer the appointment slot to other clients. Failure to provide cancellation notice within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any refund.


RESCHEDULING

Emergencies and unexpected events happen, and I am here to support you. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule an appointment, please email hello@cheatsheetdesign.com; I am happy to work with you to find a new date and time.


REFUNDS AFTER PICTURE SUBMISSION

Once I receive pictures of your space and I have begun working on your project, refunds will no longer be available. The reason for this policy is that I invest significant time and effort in creating a personalized plan specifically tailored to your space. Therefore, after receiving your pictures, I may already be working diligently to ensure a timely and satisfactory outcome.


My refund and cancellation policy is designed to maintain fairness and ensure efficient service for each client. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
