REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

My priority at Cheat Sheet Design is to provide exceptional service to each and every client. I understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Therefore, I have implemented a Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION

If you need to cancel an appointment, I kindly request that you notify me within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time. It is essential that I receive timely notification to allow us to adjust my schedule and offer the appointment slot to other clients. Failure to provide cancellation notice within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any refund.

RESCHEDULING

Emergencies and unexpected events happen, and I am here to support you. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please email alex@cheatsheetdesign.com; I am happy to work with you to find a new date and time.

REFUNDS AFTER QUESTIONNAIRE SUBMISSION

Once your project date begins, I have begun working on your project, and refunds will no longer be available. This policy is in place because I invest significant time and effort in creating a personalized plan specifically tailored to your space.

My refund and cancellation policy is designed to maintain fairness and ensure efficient service for each client. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
